After centuries of imprisonment, Knull is said to break free thanks to a special genetic code called the Codex, which is hidden inside Venom himself.

To reclaim it, he sends a deadly army of symbiote hunters known as the Xenophages to Earth, threatening to destroy all life. As the world descends into chaos, Eddie must battle not only this external enemy but also the growing internal struggle between himself and Venom—where the line between man and monster begins to blur.
