The Scorpion King 2: Rise of a Warrior is the prequel to the acclaimed action-fantasy saga The Scorpion King, revealing the turbulent past of Mathayus, the legendary warrior who would later become the Scorpion King.

In this installment, as a young man, Mathayus witnesses the tragic death of his father at the hands of the cruel General Sargon. Determined to seek revenge, he joins the army and embarks on an arduous journey to become a true warrior.
